Introduction：

BZ-FR1904 is a halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant specially designed for thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers by our company with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements. The flame retarding effect is mainly based on the flame retarding mechanism of condensed phase. It has the advantages of low addition amount and high flame retardant efficiency. Not subject to RoHS and REACH laws; The surface of the parts is smooth, with strong precipitation resistance, good water resistance, excellent migration resistance, superior electrical properties and low smoke non-toxic characteristics.

Note: Thermogravimetric (TG) analysis conditions: nitrogen atmosphere, gas flow rate of 50 ml/min, temperature rise from 40℃ to 700℃, temperature rise rate of 10℃/min.

  Processing precautions:

(1) The initial thermal decomposition temperature of BZ-FR1904 in the air is 321 ° C, so the processing temperature of the twin-screw can be increased according to the specific situation to strengthen the dispersion and improve the plasticization effect. In the process of twin-screw extrusion processing, a certain hollow degree must be maintained.

(2) When BZ-FR1904 is applied, please pay attention to the appropriate use of stabilizers, coupling agents, and other phospho-nitrogen flame retardants APP, MC or MCA.
