Introduction:
Melamine polyphosphate (BZ-FP20) is an environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardant widely used. BZ-FP20 is an efficient nitrogen-phosphorus expansion flame retardant prepared by special end sealing process. It has unusually high thermal stability, and the decomposition temperature of 1% thermal weight loss is more than 360℃. The product also has low water solubility and flame retardant.
Excellent performance and other advantages, mainly used for glass fiber reinforced nylon, polyurethane and fiber fabric flame retardant.

Processing precautions:
The initial thermal decomposition temperature of BZ-FP20 in the air is 360℃ , so the processing temperature of the twin-screw can be increased according to the specific situation to strengthen the dispersion and improve the plasticization effect. Extruded in twin-screw machining.A certain degree of hollowness must be maintained in the process.
