Compatibilize dispersant BZSP051

Product profile:

  BZSP051 is a compatibilize dispersant for high mineral-filled polyolefin systems. Its unique molecular chain structure can improve the compatibility between filler and polyolefin, and has the characteristics of  lubrication, dispersion and good processing stability.
Application Description:
  BZSP051 can significantly improve white-mark of the parts surface, with the addition amount of 0.15-0.3%. For particularly serious white-mark, it is recommended to add 0.3-0.5% BZSP051 and appropriately addition the antioxidants.
  BZSP051 can significantly improve the impact properties of high-filled polyolefin systems, especially those containing calcium carbonate and barium sulfate. The recommended addition amount is 0.3-0.5%.
  BZSP051 not only does not affect the dyne value of the material surface, but also improves the adhesion between paint and material.
Usage method:
  This product is directly mixed with resin to solve the white-mark defects, the recommended addition is 0.15-0.3%.
  The recommended addition for improving the surface and impact properties of calcium carbonate and barium sulfate system is 0.3-0.5%.
Storage and packaging:
  Bags, 25kg, per bag packed and shipped in accordance with international regulations.
  BZSP051 is not hazardous goods according to national and international transport regulations.
