/ Product introductionBZSP052 is a compatibilize dispersant for high mineral-filled polyolefin or EVA systems. Its unique molecular chain structure can improve the compatibility between filler and polyolefin or EVA system, and has the characteristics of lubrication, dispersion and good processing stability.
Application Description:
BZSP052 can significantly promote the powder dispersion of highly filled polyolefin or EVA systems, especially those containing calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and magnesium hydroxide, so as to improve poor surface conditions. The recommended addition amount is 0.3-0.5%.
BZSP052 has excellent lubrication dispersion, especially for highly filled systems. In addition to polyolefin and EVA system, it is also suitable for PE breathable film and biodegradable plastic filling system to avoid crystal point. The recommended addition amount is 0.3-0.7%.
Usage method:
This product is directly mixed with resin for processing. For polyolefin and EVA systems, the recommended addition is 0.3-0.5%, and for PE breathable membrane and biodegradable membrane systems, the recommended addition is 0.3-0.7%. The specific amount of additions depends on the properties that the final product wants to achieve.
Storage and packaging:
Bags, 25kg, per bag packed and shipped in accordance with international regulations.
BZSP052 is not hazardous goods according to national and international transport regulations.
It is recommended to have the products stored in a dry and cool area with a shelf life of one year.Please seal and save after opening the package.
