/ Product introductionBZDM077 is an efficient lubrication dispersant for styrene products. With better dispersion and preprocessing packing functions. BZDM077 can promote packing dispersal, improve fluidity and demolding ability during polymer processing, especially suitable for the ABS and HIPS systems.
Application Description:
BZDM077 can significantly improve the demolding ability of ABS, which is better than other lubricants. At the same time, it also has a positive effect on the flow length ratio of ABS.
BZDM077 is obviously helpful to both the demolding ability and mechanical properties of HIPS. What is more, BZDM077 can reduce the degradation of flame retardant in the styrene system.
The thermal decomposition temperature of BZDM077 is very high, compared with ordinary lubricant, it will not cause product yellowing and color change, which is conducive to the color stability of ABS in multiple sets of molds.
Usage method:
This product is directly mixed with resin, and the recommended addition is 0.3-1.5%, preferably 0.5-1.0%. The specific amount of additions depends on the properties that the final product wants to achieve.
Storage and packaging:
Bags, 25kg, per bag packed and shipped in accordance with international regulations.
BZDM077 is not hazardous goods according to national and international transport regulations.
It is recommended to have the products stored in a dry and cool area with a shelf life of one year.Please seal and save after opening the package.
