/ Product introductionBZSA018 is a TPU slip masterbatch which contains special synthetic lubricant with TPU base carrier. The product is mainly used in TPU films, which can make the TPU film products have excellent anti-blocking and slip function, and overcome the shortcomings of easy precipitate and influence transparency in the use of ordinary slip masterbatch.
This product meets the environmental protection requirements, which is not only conducive to improving the production efficiency of the film, but also makes the downstream processing of the film more convenient and improves the utilization rate of TPU film.
usage method:
This product is directly mixed with resin, and the recommended addition is 2-5%.The specific amount of additions depends on the properties that the final product wants to achieve.
Storage and packaging:
Bags, 25kg, per bag packed and shipped in accordance with international regulations.
BZSA018 is not hazardous goods according to national and international transport regulations.
It is recommended to have the products stored in a dry and cool area with a shelf life of one year. Please seal and save after opening the package.
