Features:
- Halogen-free intumescent flame retardant with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements (the system does not contain APP);
- Mainly plays a flame retardant role by charring and intumescent flame retardant mechanism;
- PP flame-retarded with BZ-FR1923 has a flame retardancy of UL94 V-0 (0.8mm), and has passed the 70℃╳168-hour immersion test (UL746C), and has passed the GWIT900℃ and GWFI960℃ glow-wire tests.

- Not subject to RoHS and REACH regulations;
- High flame retardant efficiency, good thermal stability, no precipitation, good water resistance, light aging resistance, low smoke and non-toxicity, etc.
Typical applications:
PP-specific halogen-free intumescent flame retardant BZ-FR1923 is particularly suitable for glass fiber reinforced PP and can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.8mm).
