ABS Rheological Agent BZSP054

ABS rheology agent BZSP054 is a macromolecular lubricant rich in polar groups,which can effectively improve the plasticizing ability, fluidity and dispersion of ABS resin during processing, and help improve the surface gloss of the material.

Application

BZSP054 has good internal and external lubrication effect, suitable for large thin-walled injection molded parts, complex structure injection molded parts, recycled material systems which have high fluidity requirements on formula design. Particularly suitable for ABS and AS systems with low and high rubber content.

Product advantages

BZSP054 is used to improve the melt index of ABS system.

• While improving fluidity, it has basically no negative impact on the mechanical properties of the system.

Melt index contribution and property influence of BZSP054 in ABS formulations

Instructions

BZSP054 is suitable for extrusion or injection molding directly after mixing evenly with plastic particles.

Recommended dosage

The recommended addition amount is 1.0-2.0%. For different modified ABS/AS systems, it is expected to increase the melt index by 3-10g/10min. The improvement of the new material system is greater than that of the recycled material system.

Storage stability

BZSP054 can be stored in the original sealed packaging for at least one year without deterioration. Please keep it sealed after opening the package.

Packed in bags, lined with film bags, net weight 25kg per bag.
