Adsorbent BZ-OM106  is an odor improver formulated with specific raw material blends and advanced processing techniques. It serves as an excellent additive capable of effectively adsorbing organic odors and enhancing material processing performance. BZ-OM106 exhibits strong adsorption capabilities towards volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as formaldehyde, aromatic hydrocarbons, amines, organic sulfides, and organic chlorides. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, exhibits good thermal stability, and possesses favorable rheological and thixotropic properties, along with excellent dispersibility and heat conduction resistance.

Application Method:

BZ-OM106 is supplied in powder form and is suitable for direct extrusion and injection molding when mixed with plastic granules. Its high surface area and potent ion interactions between mineral layers enable strong chemical adsorption of aldehydes, ketones, amines, organic sulfides, and organic chlorides, preventing secondary volatilization during material processing. It is particularly effective with resins such as PP, PE, PVC, ABS, and PS.

Recommended dosage ranges from 1% to 2% based on specific product requirements.

Packaging, Transport, and Storage:

Packaged in aluminum bags with inner film lining, each bag weighing 10kg. Packaging and transportation comply with international regulations. BZ-OM106 is not classified as a hazardous substance according to national and international transport regulations. Store in a dry, cool area, protect from moisture, and ensure a shelf life of one year. Seal tightly after opening to maintain product integrity.
