Flame Retardant Synergist BZ-FRS330 is a highly efficient flame retardant synergist with excellent thermal stability and minimal impact on material properties.

Flame Retardant Synergist BZ-FRS330 is formulated using novel structured aliphatic and aromatic brominated flame retardant intermediates, combined with phosphorus and nitrogen. This new type of flame retardant synergist enhances the activity and dispersion of bromine molecules in plastics, inhibits free radical chain reactions, promotes surface carbonization, and improves flame retardant efficiency.

Flame Retardant Synergist BZ-FRS330 is a highly efficient flame retardant synergist with excellent thermal stability and minimal impact on material properties.

Flame Retardant Synergist BZ-FRS330 is formulated using novel structured aliphatic and aromatic brominated flame retardant intermediates, combined with phosphorus and nitrogen. This new type of flame retardant synergist enhances the activity and dispersion of bromine molecules in plastics, inhibits free radical chain reactions, promotes surface carbonization, and improves flame retardant efficiency.

Designed specifically for the structure and characteristics of styrene-based polymers, BZ-FRS330 effectively utilizes the gas-phase flame retardant mechanism along with the condensed phase mechanism. When added in small quantities to flame retardant systems such as decabromodiphenylethane/antimony trioxide, brominated triazine/antimony trioxide, or decabromodiphenylethane/brominated triazine/antimony trioxide, it offers the following advantages:

– Reduces the amount of bromine/antimony flame retardant required, thereby lowering material costs;

– Produces less smoke during combustion, exhibits excellent carbonization effects, and achieves UL94-V0 (1.6mm) flame retardant rating;

– Exhibits good thermal stability, resists discoloration, and improves the coloring ability of materials;

– Complies with environmental standards such as ROHS and REACH, making it an eco-friendly flame retardant.

Flame Retardant Synergist BZ-FRS330 Applications:

Flame Retardant Synergist BZ-FRS330 can be widely used in ABS and HIPS materials. When added in small quantities to bromine-based flame retardant/antimony trioxide systems, it effectively reduces the amount of bromine/antimony flame retardants needed.

 Packaging and Storage:

– Packaging: Composite paper-plastic packaging, 25KG per bag.

– Storage: Store and transport as general chemicals, in a dry, room-temperature environment. Avoid moisture and heat exposure.

 Precautions:

Ensure that the flame retardant is uniformly mixed and fully dispersed during use. Proper vacuum levels must be maintained during screw extrusion processes.
