Lubricating Dispersant BZSP052 is a compatibilizer and dispersant designed for highly mineral-filled polyolefin or EVA systems. Its unique molecular chain structure effectively improves the compatibility between filler and the polyolefin or EVA system, while also providing lubrication, dispersion, and good processing stability.
Application Instructions:
Lubricating Dispersant BZSP052 significantly enhances the dispersion of powders in highly filled polyolefin or EVA systems, particularly those containing calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, and magnesium hydroxide, thereby improving surface quality. The recommended addition rate is 0.3-0.5%.
Lubricating Dispersant BZSP052 exhibits excellent lubricating and dispersing properties, especially in highly filled systems. In addition to polyolefin and EVA systems, it is also suitable for PE breathable films and biodegradable plastic filler systems, helping to prevent the appearance of crystal spots. The recommended addition rate is 0.3-0.7%.
Usage Method:
Lubricating Dispersant BZSP052 is directly mixed with the resin for processing. For polyolefin and EVA systems, the recommended addition rate is 0.3-0.5%; for PE breathable films and biodegradable film systems, the recommended addition rate is 0.3-0.7%. The exact addition rate depends on the desired properties of the final product.
Storage and Packaging:
Packaged in bags, each bag weighs 25 kg net, and packaging and transportation comply with international regulations. According to national and international transport regulations, Lubricating Dispersant BZSP052 is not classified as a hazardous material.
It is recommended to store the product in a cool and dry area with a shelf life of one year. After opening the package, please seal it properly.
