Silicone powder BZSP003 is in powder form and can be directly molded or pelletized after mixing with resin in a specified ratio. When added to plastics such as PP, PA, PC, and PPS, it enhances product flowability, promotes crystallization, improves surface fiber flotation, and increases impact strength. It also demonstrates excellent synergistic flame retardancy, enhancing flame resistance, reducing smoke density, and improving impact strength in flame-retardant (highly filled) materials. Additionally, it improves surface scratch resistance, reduces wear marks, significantly lowers the coefficient of friction, enhances smoothness, improves surface gloss, and provides a silky touch.

Silicone powder BZSP003 Usage Recommendations:

Silicone powder BZSP003 is directly mixed with resin for processing. The recommended addition rates are:

– 1.0%-2.0% addition: Improves product processability, flowability, and mold release properties. Enhances product surface performance (smoothness, gloss, scratch resistance, wear resistance, etc.).

– 0.5%-3% addition for wear resistance: Reduces wear by 30-80%.

Storage and Packaging:

Silicone powder BZSP003 is packed in bags, lined with a film bag, with a net weight of 20kg per bag. Packaging and transportation comply with international regulations. According to national and international transport regulations, BZSP003 is not classified as a hazardous material.
