BZEM105 is a silicone masterbatch made of ethylene – vinyl acetate resin as a carrier and organic group-modified ultra-high molecular weight silicone. It is made using a special process. It can effectively improve the wear resistance and scratch resistance of the product, and at the same time improve the fluidity, processing performance and surface gloss of the resin. Compared with traditional low molecular weight additives, high molecular weight silicone systems do not reduce the strength of the final products, no migration, and no discoloration.

Application Description:
It can increase lubricity, reduce extrusion torque, and improve demoulding properties of injection molded parts.
Improve the wear resistance, smoothness and surface feel of the product surface.
It does not contain heavy metals such as lead, mercury, chromium, polybrominated diphenyl ethers and azo substances, and fully complies with the European SGS Certification requirements.
Instruction:
This product is directly mixed with resin for processing. The recommended addition amount is 1-5% . The specific amount of addition depends on the desired properties of the final product.
Storage and packaging:
Bag, net weight 25kg per bag , packaging and transportation comply with international regulations.
According to national and international transportation regulations, BZEM105 is not classified as dangerous goods.
It is recommended that the product be stored in a dry and cool area. The shelf life is one year. Please keep it sealed after opening the package.
