Compatilizing dispersant BZSP 051 is a compatibilizing and dispersing agent for highly mineral-filled polyolefin systems.  The unique molecular chain structure can well improve the compatibility between fillers and polyolefins. It has the characteristics of high lubricity, good dispersion and processing stability.

Application instructions :

Compatilizing dispersant BZSP 051 can significantly improve the surface white streak defects of the parts, and the addition amount is 0. 15-0.3% . For particularly severe white lines , 0.3-0.4% BZSP051 can be added , combined with an appropriate increase in formulated system of antioxidants.

Compatilizing dispersant BZSP 051 can significantly improve the impact properties of highly filled polyolefin systems, especially those containing calcium carbonate and barium sulfate, the recommended addition amount is 0.3-0.5% .

Compatilizing dispersant BZSP051 not only does not affect the dyne value of the material surface, but also helps improve paint and material adhesion.

How to use :

Compatilizing dispersant BZSP051 is directly mixed with resin for processing. The recommended amount to solve appearance defects is: 0. 15-0.3%; to improve the surface and impact properties of calcium carbonate and barium sulfate systems, the recommended addition amount is 0.3-0.5% .

Storage and packaging:

Packed in bags, net weight 25 kg per bag , packaging and transportation comply with international regulations. According to national and international transportation regulations, BZSP051 is not classified as dangerous goods.
