Highly efficient dispersant BZSP525 is a dispersing aid based on amphiphilic copolymer polymers, which can effectively improve the dispersion of pigments and fillers in plastics, thereby increasing the powder filling amount and masterbatch coloring strength in the formula system, and reduce appearance defects such as pitting and color spots.

Application

BZSP525 can be used in various modified plastics types, especially polyolefins, to help disperse fillers, flame retardants or toners, and its advantages are more obvious in high-filling applications.

It can effectively help pigments disperse in polyethylene color masterbatch, and can also be used in color masterbatch of other plastics.

Instructions

BZSP525 is suitable for mixing evenly with plastic particles and fillers/pigments and then extruding directly.

Recommended dosage

The recommended addition of BZSP525 is 0.15-0.6% of the total weight of the modified plastic. The specific amount added depends on the desired properties of the final product.

For color masterbatch,  the recommended addition amount of BZSP525 is 30-100% of the color powder or 10-30% of the color masterbatch. The specific amount added depends on the difficulty of dispersing the toner and the desired properties of the final product.

Storage stability

BZSP525 can be stored in the original sealed packaging for at least one year without deterioration. Please keep it sealed after opening the package.
