Product Introduction:

BZ-FR192 is a halogen-free flame retardant specially designed for PBT with phosphorus and nitrogen compound as the main flame retardants. It is not restricted by RoHS and REACH regulations; it has high flame retardant efficiency, no precipitation, good water resistance, light aging resistance, good color stability, low smoke and non-toxicity, and outstanding thermal stability.

2. The flame retardant powder is relatively fluffy and smooth. It is recommended to use forced feeding, weight loss weighing, side feeding and other processes during processing to avoid powder bridging.

Packaging/Storage:

25kg/ bag; transported as general chemicals, stored in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.

Processing precautions:

• The initial thermal decomposition temperature of BZ- FR192is 360 ℃. The processing temperature can be adjusted higher according to the specific situation to achieve the effect of strengthening dispersion and improving plasticization. A certain hollowness must be maintained.
• Processing technology:
