High flame retardant efficiency,adding 0.4% to homopolymer PP (2% to copolymer PP) ), it can

reach UL94 V-2 level; it has the characteristics of good thermal stability, no precipitation, no

water absorption, light aging resistance, low smoke and non-toxicity; it does not contain heavy metals and does not affect the transparency of ordinary PP.

Introduction

BZ-AMH729 is a flame retardant specially designed for Polypropylene by our company, with phosphorus, nitrogen and bromine as the main flame retardant elements;  it is not restricted by RoHS and REACH decrees; its flame retardant efficiency is high, adding 0.4% in homopolymer PP (adding 2% in copolymer PP), it can reach UL94 V-2 level; it has good thermal stability, non-precipitation, non-water absorption, light aging and low smoke non-toxicity;It does not contain heavy metals and does not affect the transparency of ordinary PP.

Packaging / storage: Internal plastic packaging, 25kg/ package, can also be packaged by the customer special needs; by non-toxic and non-hazardous goods storage and transportation, products should be placed in the ventilated and dry room, to avoid damp, according to the general industrial production operation, to avoid dust stimulation.

Processing precautions:

  • The recommended processing temperature of BZ-AMH729 is below 230℃, so the processing temperature of the double screw can be raised according to the effect of strengthening dispersion and improving plasticity.The certain hollow degree must be maintained during the process of double-screw extrusion processing.
  • BZ-AMH729 is not recommended when used in PP.
