Product Introduction :
Halogen free flame retardant BZ-FR1913-ZN is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant specially designed by our company for polyolefins such as PP, PE and TPV, with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements (the system does not contain APP); It mainly plays the role of flame retardant by charcoal formation and expansion flame retardant mechanism.It is not subject to RoHS and REACH regulations; it has the characteristics of high flame retardant efficiency, good thermal stability, no precipitation, good water resistance, light aging resistance, low smoke and non-toxicity.PP containing flame retardant BZ-FR1913-ZN, flame retardant level up to UL94 V-0 (0.8mm), and passed 70 ℃ × 168 hours of water immersion test (UL746C), also passed GWIT900 ℃ and GWFI960 ℃ glow wire test; BZ-FR1913 is especially suitable in glass fiber reinforced PP, it can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.8mm).
