Laser marking additive BZRC360 Introduction:

Laser marking additive BZRC360  is added to plastics at a certain ratio for mixing and molding or extrusion. The laser marking additive acts on the surface of the plastic, enabling the marking of black patterns or text. The product is environmentally friendly, non-toxic to humans, and harmless to the environment.

Application Instructions:

Laser marking additive BZRC360 is suitable for use with PP, PE, PA6, PA66, ABS, PC, PBT, and PET.

Usage Method:

1. Additive dosage: 3‰ to 5‰.
2. The laser marking additive cannot be dried.
3. Directly mix with plastic and then use an injection molding machine to mold the part.
4. It can be used together with color masterbatches during extrusion compounding and direct injection molding.

Storage and Packaging:

Packaged in plastic bags, 25 kg per bag.

Store in a dry and ventilated area, protected from water, moisture, and direct sunlight.
