Laser marking additive(masterbatch) BZRC600 radium engraving masterbatch is based on high flow PE resin as the carrier, ultra-high concentration laser components, special black matter, dispersant, etc., both black plastic and laser radium engraving white characters. The core principle is: fast absorption of laser (red or purple light), and make the plastic foam and white. This product is easy to disperse, high coloring power, migration resistance.
Application note:
Laser marking additive(masterbatch) BZRC600 is a granular form, specially designed for nylon plastics, all nylon plastics except flame retardant nylon. Such as PA6, PA66, PA12, fiber reinforced nylon, toughened nylon, filled nylon, etc.
Storage and Packaging:
The outer packing is paper-plastic composite bag or plastic bag, the inner packing bag is plastic bag, weighing 25KG/ bag.
Store in a dry and cool place. Seal the mouth after opening.
