② The main chain solvation chain lipophilic groups of polymer silicone additive surface treatment agents have a certain compatibility with the resin, ensuring that it forms a protective layer of a certain thickness on the surface of solid particles, thereby adsorbing solid particles with surface treatment agents. When the van der Waals forces interact, the particles will bounce off each other due to the spatial barriers between the adsorption layers, thereby achieving stable dispersion of solid particles in non-aqueous media.
Traditional surface treatment agents are generally random polymers, and their adsorption groups are randomly distributed on the long polymer chains. The adsorption forms on the surface of solid particles include horizontal, annular and tail shapes. Among these three forms, the horizontal adsorption contributes almost zero to the steric hindrance of the space, and only the annular and tail adsorption can form an effective spatial thickness.
Due to the existence of horizontal adsorption, the effective utilization rate of the solvation chain is reduced. However, the anchoring groups are closely connected at the same end of the molecular chain of the polymer silicone additive surface treatment agent, and there is not enough distance between them. Its adsorption form with solid particles has multiple tail shapes, which greatly improves the effective utilization of the solvated chain.
