Halogen-free intumescent flame retardant BZ-FR1916-ZN Introduction:

BZ-FR1916-ZN is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant (the system does not contain APP) designed by our company for polyolefins such as PP, PE and TPV, with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements; it mainly plays a flame retardant role by charring and intumescent flame retardant mechanism. It is not restricted by RoHS and REACH regulations;and it has the characteristics of high flame retardant efficiency, good thermal stability, no precipitation, good water resistance, light aging resistance, low smoke and non-toxicity. PP flame-retarded by BZ-FR1916-ZN has a flame retardancy of UL94 V-0 (0.8mm), and has passed the 70℃х168-hour immersion test (UL746C), and has passed the GWIT900℃ and GWFI960℃ glow wire tests; BZ-FR1916 is particularly suitable for glass fiber reinforced PP and can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.8mm).

2. High flame retardant efficiency, good thermal stability, no precipitation, low smoke and non-toxicity, good water resistance, and passed the 70℃ × 168 hours immersion test (UL746C).

Packaging/Storage:

25 kg /bag; transported as per normal chemical standards, stored in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.
