Introduction:
Halogen-free Intumescent Flame Retardant (Masterbatch) BZ-TC406 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant specially designed for polyolefins, with phosphorus and nitrogen as the main flame retardant elements; it mainly plays a flame retardant role by charring and intumescent flame retardant mechanism. It is not restricted by RoHS and REACH decrees; it has high flame retardant efficiency, good thermal stability, no precipitation, light aging resistance, low smoke and non-toxic characteristics. With BZ-TC406 flame-retardant PP, 28 parts of flame-retardant reached UL 94 V-0 (1.6 mm); BZ-TC406 can also be used in glass fiber reinforced PP, up to UL 94 V-0 (0.8 mm).
